Darren Winham
Darren Winham joined BADC in September 2008 having served in several economic development roles at local, state and Federal levels. 
He was the Chief of Economic Development and Housing in Lassen County California, an Economic Development Specialist for the Maine Department of Economic and Community Development and, most recently, the Energy andConstruction Lead for the Business Relations Groups of the United States Department of Labor. In the nearly two years he’s been onboard, Mr. Winham has been directly involved in large, ongoing projects, such as expansions at SB Electronics and Northern Power Systems, several tax stabilizations – including rewriting rules for same – the refurbishing of BADC’s website, overseeing grants, and providing assistance to many new and existing local companies.
